Welcome to WorkFit Nurse On-Call. By accessing our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email.
Minimum booking period is 3 hours.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $150 applies to all bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled shift.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or phone.
3. Service Provision
WorkFit Nurse On-Call provides qualified occupational health nursing services as outlined on our website.
We reserve the right to refuse service where health and safety may be compromised.
4. Liability
While every effort is made to provide professional and reliable services, WorkFit Nurse On-Call is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from service delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy Policy
WorkFit Nurse On-Call is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
Information Collection
We collect personal and business information necessary to deliver occupational health services, manage bookings and invoices, and communicate with clients.

All client information is stored securely and only accessible by authorised personnel.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a booking:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled shift will incur no fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shift will incur a $150 cancellation fee.

WorkFit Nurse On-Call provides experienced, qualified occupational health nurses to support your clinical operations. While we aim to ensure seamless integration into your team:
We do not provide equipment or consumables for on-site testing. Your clinic or business must provide these.
All services are carried out following your organisation's policies and procedures.
At the commencement of any new business relationship, onboarding and induction to your workplace and systems will be provided. This includes a complimentary in-clinic induction day, where our nurse will familiarise themselves with your specific workplace policies, procedures, and systems.
Your workplace must provide in-house systems access and logins to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
The nurse will require access to all necessary equipment and tools required to carry out the role effectively.
